Within six days..

... I will(?) have done something I probably won't be proud of, or ... to the other extreme, will be most proud of. Here's to that! My friend set a reminder on my phone for the next 6 days, every night at 7pm. I guess its my own personal challenge.

Anyway, yesterday was catch up with the Jellz. Discussed some matters, went shopping (to which I found my next pair of jeans that I want - Black Levi's 568 Skinnys, only $109), met up with Ijhay to hand over my card, then went to usual K. Jeff came shortly after and we sunggg our hearts out like it was 2012. As a present, she gave me this:

Marshmallow Man! :D Thanks Jerri.

Today was spent at home to rest, bro came back from the snows sick last night. On my usual pointless Youtube raids, and since I think Emily Browning is pretty hot (in her movies at least), I watched an interview with her and all the comments basically described how "gorgeous" she is... although this guy definitely had something else in mind...

Part of this Sick Little Game

Whose seen Sex Drive? Awesome movie.

Just saying. I like the part where he goes on a 9 hour drive to meet this chick. Except this chick is some bitch who just tries to steal his car. (I know)

Plots delivered well.

I want to also throw my shoes into a tree.

That is all.

Good things come in Black.

Nokia e63
After the awesomeness that Sony Ericsson has given me over the past 4 years, it was time for a change. Ever since I saw it a month ago or something, my want for it grew.

Yesterday I got it in my grubby, cold hands, and this is what I found on the details:

Something wrong?

A drain? Really?

Anyway, I wanted to keep my old number because its such a hassle telling everyone a new one. I came in the store today do ask a few questions...

I needed to ask
- How long will porting take (transferring my old number)?
- Is Windows Live Messenger (WLM) unlimited?

First I went to the official 3 store..
Answer to question 1: "If it hasn't happened by now.. its a problem on Optus' end." Understandable... I would assume so since they're the ones who need to port it over.
Answer to question 2: He can't answer so he refers to the computer. A computer that he doesn't even know how to use. So he asks his colleague who is busy helping other customers.

At this point, I'm thinking, c'mon dude, just tell me that you don't know where to go (because he consistently asked his colleague where to go on the 3 site). So he makes up some bs excuse to me "I'm just waiting to connect to the 3 site, won't be long".

By now, he gives up, and just decides to call three support. I asked him "Is WLM unlimited, included in the $8 pack?", what HE asks support is "Is WLM compatible with the E63?" The answer he receives is a distinct NO. What the eff? I can clearly see WLM application on my phone..

Anyway, I was done getting answers from this guy.. so I walk to Optus.

Answer to Question 1: I walked in and I'm attended to. As SOON as I mentioned that I "switched from Optus to Three". I know his enthusiasm to help me just dropped, seeing as he works for Optus. As I'm talking to him (still asking my question), the dude walks off and goes on the computer to check a completely unrelated matter. His answer was a brief "I dunno." /shrugs. Where's the customer service, douchebag?

One of the many faces of Optus.

I got out of there and went to MO's Mobiles (or whatever the hell its called), as I got my 3 deal from there. I asked the girl working there same 2 questions.

Answer to question 1: Finally these guys had the decency to call up three and ask about the status. They said its still in the process, I hope SOON because I don't wanna receive anymore calls or SMS's on my old phone.
Answer to question 2: She doesn't know, so she asks her colleague.. to which he confidently answers "Yep, unlimited!". Thankyou.

After much time walking around.. and coming home now..

I realised I forgot to buy myself a data cable for the phone lol. Which was half the purpose I went to Blacktown today.

gg.

At time of writing this, I am now with 3. Same number. :)

Finding Me Out

For me to be doing the right thing, I would need to be doing the wrong thing.

Efforts go unnoticed, except for those who see it first-hand. Only when they understand, will it bring me closer to closure. The truth will set EM EERF.

I heart.

Well... after 2 weeks(ish) of neglect, I shall blog again. I honestly can't remember what happened in the past few weeks, except for Khaye and my bro's birthdays, and then Ivan's.

The day before that though, I think I went to the city with Lenny and Jeaneline to hang. I got my LEE hoodie (thanks to Jasmine's eyes for good finds) and then had lunch at Meat, Wine & Co. Their pasta (on special) sounded VERY APPETISING so that's what Lenny and I ended up getting. The verdict? TASTES LIKE EVERY OTHER DAMN PASTA. $25? Really, MW&C? Really?

Anyway, the next day (23rd May) my brother and Khaye joint their birthday and held an event to raise money for cancer (courtesy of Australia's Biggest Morning Tea). We went to Mars Hill Cafe @ Parra for some fun and games. We played Jenga and pictionary. FUN X 10000. Our team was coming second, but the birthday team clearly owned it in the end. :] One of the funny things was when an old lady came and asked us if we were a "computer club" LOL.

The Birthday Pictionary Posse.

The disappointment in losing... not cool.

Jenga2ez. As unsteady as it might look, it didn't topple over. :)

Ivan's birthday was that night so met up with Jasmine @ Btown afterwards, and then Tim @ Sevo, and then Billy, Thien + the rest @ city. It was a series of unfortunate events. Except for Burgerfuel, and maybe a bit of Pav.

3rd June, 2009
Up until now its been assessment after assessment. But its all over, and to celebrate, we all went drinking @ Glasshouse for some celebratory times. T'was good fun.

Ada + Moi in the comp labs

@Glasshouse Bar.. the unsuspectfuls.. HAHA

This guy allowed me to take a photo with him. I gave him 20c.

Jismine, the face of climate change, me licking the face of climate change, Gardan, tN.

Lately I've been obsessed with playing a little game on Facebook called Geo Challenge. Mostly because of how much I wanna beat Tim lol. But anyway, the game is highly educational, and it made me realise (and actually look up) that the flag of Cuba and Puerto Rico have striking familiarities. The only difference being the inverted colours.

Flag of Cuba (above)

Flag of Puerto Rico

Its just weird because the game teaches you a lot of crap, that will hopefully become useful one day. Travelling is the best. I think I will make it a goal of mine to visit all the landmarks that are in the game..
